50-74% of Complaining Customers Will Return IF?



Let's get one thing straight before I give you the answer. 

Even though "if" is a small word it's a BIG word too and that's what makes it sooo complicated to figure out. But remember, if you're in the business of making money just concede to the fact that you're also in the business of "TAKING CARE of Customers". 

Now to the answer...

It's reported that the longer a company, an organization, corporation or 
an entrepreneur takes to resolve any Customer problem, dispute, 
complaint or conflict...the further away they PUSH the Customer.  You 
don't want to PUSH Customer's away from you (unless you're trying to lose business and money). 

But IF you really want your complaining Customers to return IMMEDIATELY...just do the following:

RESOLVE THE PROBLEM


...it's just that simple, Resolve the problem!  

If you're really committed to customer referrals and customer purchases and you want your Customers to return back to your business immediately...just resolve the problem by taking care of the Customer.

So again...here's how it works.

To Capture 50-74% of your customers just resolve the problem...at your leisure... (and you'll be lucky if you only lose 26-50% of your customers depending on your speed).

However...if you really want to Capture 95% of your customers just resolve the problem IMMEDIATELY...the closer you resolve the problem to the time that it happened...the Higher and the Greater the number of customers that will return back to doing business with you...

or another way to look at it is...if you want to lose fewer customers resolve the problem NOW! Don't wait! Every minute you wait you're losing a higher percentage of Customers.
